Wixom Phase 2

Wixom Phase 2 was the development of (2) box warehouses in Wixom, Michigan. One being 258,000 SF & the other being 308,000 SF. Sterling provided the foundations, slabs, tilt panels, exterior concrete pavement, sidewalks & curbs.

• Schedule: June, 2022 to January, 2024

• Project total yardage: 26,500 Yards

• Project total rebar: 450 Tons

• Foundations work: (194) columns & 5,455 LF of continuous footings.

• Slab work: (566,000 SF) of (7”) slabs, (55) dock pits & (118) interior bollards.

• Tilt panel work: (204,800 SF) of (8” & 9.25”) tilt panels.

• Exterior work: 120,000 SF of (8” & 9”) concrete pavement, 39,300 SF of (4”) sidewalk & 4,271 LF of curb & gutter.
