AGILE MACON

A 212,000 SF Cold Storage facility developed in Macon, Georgia. Start date of May 2023 with a completion date of May 2024. Sterling provided the foundations, slabs, interior curbs, exterior concrete pavement, sidewalks & curbs.

Project Total Yardage: 12,000 Yards
Foundations included: (167) columns, (180) CIP piers, (3,360 LF) continuous footings & (2,505 LF) CIP walls.
Slabs included: 212,000 SF of (4”, 8” & 10”) slabs, dock pits & (96) bollards.
Interior curbs: (1,590 LF) 12” curb & (510 LF) 48” curb.
Exterior work: (185,000 SF) concrete pavement, (4,113 SF) sidewalk & (600 LF) curb & gutter.
